Your Individual health record for a 6 wk puppy will have been vaccinated one (1) time, dewormed three (3) times. If your puppy is shipped it will receive 2 vaccinations and wormed four (4) times. It is solely the buyers responsibility to continue vaccinations until 12 wks of age, then once annually; and worming until 16 wks of age, plus scheduled monthly worming.
